Wallets
Add self-custody wallets in Profile. Invoiceum monitors addresses you choose; it never controls them.
Add a wallet
- Go to Profile → Crypto wallets.
- Choose Business or Personal.
- Select currency and network, paste the address, optionally add a nickname.
- Save your profile.
You can add up to 10 wallets per account.
Options when adding
- This is my personal exchange deposit address — marks an exchange deposit wallet. Statement and invoice receive flows treat these carefully; full exchange history may be incomplete.
- Include history before adding to Invoiceum — sync older on-chain history when Statement refreshes.
Shared exchange hot wallets from the known catalog cannot be added as your own receive wallets.
Supported assets and networks
Common assets include USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, TRX, and EURI. Available networks depend on the asset (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, BSC, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, and others where listed).
Hide personal wallets from invoices
Enable Do not use personal wallets to receive invoice payments in Profile if you only want Business wallets as invoice receive addresses.
To prove control of a wallet, see Wallet ownership certificates.
