Profile and settings
Company details live in Profile. Security and digital-invoice field rules live in Settings.
Company profile
Open Profile to manage:
- Company / person details, tax and VAT numbers, address, phone
- Invoice email (can differ from login email)
- Default payment terms
- Invoice numbering: Simple (numeric) or Custom (for example INV-001)
- Invoice design (currently Standart 1)
- Logo (JPEG/PNG, max 2 MB, max 660×660 px)
- Crypto wallets (see Wallets)
Do not use personal wallets to receive invoice payments — when enabled, personal wallets are hidden from the receive-wallet picker on new invoices. Statement is unchanged.
Saved wallet details cannot be edited later. Remove and re-add if something was wrong. Changing company details may cancel wallet ownership certificates (you must accept the disclaimer).
Settings
Open Settings for:
- Two-factor authentication — Google Authenticator / TOTP, backup codes, disable or regenerate
- Required fields — which Bill To fields a client must complete on a digital invoice before payment unlocks
- Danger zone — permanently delete your account (email + password confirmation)
