Wallet to Business History

Add business context to existing blockchain activity

Connect a public wallet address without providing a seed phrase or private key. Add a new wallet or include transactions that occurred before you joined Invoiceum.

  • Connect up to ten wallet addresses
  • Mark wallets as Business or Personal
  • Add names and descriptions to wallet addresses
  • Import previous transaction history
  • Create clients and counterparties
  • Save known counterparty wallets
  • Connect transactions with clients and invoices
  • Record the purpose of every transaction
  • Attach contracts, receipts and supporting documents
  • Add comments and color markers
  • Mark individual transactions as personal
  • Preserve available on-chain memos
  • Hide insignificant spam transactions
  • Recognize TRX fees, staking and resource operations
  • Exclude personal exchange deposit addresses from incoming-payment attribution
  • Refresh selected wallets whenever you need updated blockchain data

3

Human-Readable Statements

Statements designed for people—not blockchain explorers

Work with a live transaction ledger and generate structured PDF statements when your records are ready.

  • Preview statements before generating them
  • Select one or multiple wallets
  • Choose a custom reporting period
  • Include or exclude personal transactions
  • Filter by memo, category or counterparty
  • Display fiat value at the transaction date
  • Include complete wallet addresses and transaction hashes
  • Include exact blockchain timestamps
  • Display clients, counterparties and transaction purposes
  • Connect payments with invoices and supporting documents
  • Add transaction comments
  • Calculate totals for the selected period
  • Save generated statements in your document archive
  • Store supporting files up to approximately 40 MB

Document integrity verification

Statements can include a unique document ID, verification code and QR link to a public Invoiceum verification page.

Verification confirms that the document was generated by Invoiceum and has passed an integrity check. It does not certify the accuracy of user-provided information or the legality or origin of funds.

Digital Sharing and Client-Provided Information

Collect the missing details before payment

Create a temporary digital invoice link and choose which information the client must provide before accessing the payment instructions.

Available fields can include:

  • Individual or company name
  • Email address and telephone number
  • Country and address
  • Tax or VAT number
  • Expected payment wallet
  • Source of payment
  • Third-party payer information

Information is stored exactly as submitted by the client and is not independently verified by Invoiceum.

Confirm payments on-chain

The client can submit a transaction hash after paying. Invoiceum checks the transaction on-chain, compares it with the invoice and updates the payment status.

Registered recipients can:

  • Fill requested information from their profile
  • Save received invoices as Incoming
  • Use a counterparty portal
  • Request invoices through temporary or permanent links
  • Import an external PDF or JPEG invoice
  • Attach a transaction hash to an imported invoice
  • Retrieve the confirmed payment amount from the blockchain

Temporary sharing links can be configured to remain active from one hour to thirty days.

5

Non-Custodial by Design

Your wallet and funds remain under your control

  • No seed phrase or private key is required
  • Wallets are connected using public addresses
  • Users decide what information to collect

  • Two-factor authentication is available
  • Email verification helps protect accounts
  • Fraud and abuse can be reported directly
  • Confirmed misuse may result in permanent account suspension
