Wallet ownership certificates

Ownership verification proves you control a wallet without giving Invoiceum custody of keys.

How it works

In Profile, open a wallet and choose Verify ownership.
Sign the challenge with your wallet (WalletConnect, QR, or supported deeplink / browser extension).
Download the PDF certificate.
Anyone can confirm it on Verify.

Changing company profile details may cancel existing certificates. You will need to verify again if that happens.

Non-Custodial Notice. Invoiceum provides invoicing, blockchain monitoring and record-keeping software. We do not receive, hold, control, exchange or transfer cryptoassets, and we never request seed phrases or private keys. Payments are initiated by payers and sent directly through third-party blockchain networks to addresses selected by invoice issuers. Users must verify the asset, network and destination address before making a payment. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and Invoiceum cannot cancel, recover, refund or redirect them.

Document verification confirms only that a document was generated by Invoiceum and has passed an integrity check. Acceptance by any bank, exchange, accountant, auditor, tax authority, regulator, or compliance team is not guaranteed.
