Digital payment links

A digital invoice link is a shareable payment page with QR code and optional on-chain hash matching.

Create a link

1. Open a non-draft outgoing invoice.
2. Choose Digital invoice link / Create link.
3. Pick how long the link stays valid: 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days (or expire on the due date when offered).
4. Copy and send the link.

What your client sees

1. They complete any required Bill To fields (configured in Settings).
2. Payment details unlock: amount, asset, network, address, and QR code.
3. They can optionally paste a transaction hash so Invoiceum can match the payment on-chain.

Link tracking may show whether the page was viewed or fields were filled. That is separate from payment status (Pending / Paid).

Save to Incoming

If another Invoiceum user opens your link while signed in, they can Save to Incoming for their own records. Guests are prompted to sign in first.
